If I buy at Tokah, what quality can I expect?

At Tokah everything is about quality and service. The gemstone beads are handpicked and checked on imperfections. The silver beads are made of high purity of 925 sterling silver. These beads are handmade, which require years of silversmith training by craftsmen. At our story you find more information.

You use real stones. Is the bracelet heavy to wear?

The bracelets are comfortable to wear; not to heavy and not to light.

How do I wear Tokah bracelets?

Our jewelry is easy to combine with both sneakers and a delicate dress.

Do you accept special orders?

Is the bracelet packed in a giftbox?

Our bracelets come with a luxury storage box and Tokah-bag to protect them. For delivery we use a standard cardboard box for extra protection.

How do I measure my wrist?

We explained the measuring with pictures and elaborate instructions at the Measure your wrist page. Here can you find all the information you need. If this explanation still isn’t clear, you can ask us for help at service@tokahworld,com.

How can I clean my bracelet?

You can clean your bracelet with warm (not hot!) water and a soft cloth. Check care & maintenance for all information on this.

How do I take care of my bracelet?

To protect the stones and beads you put on the bracelet last. This is to prevent the jewelry from contact with chemicals (bath oils, soap, perfumes, hairspray or other substances) that can affect the stone- and silver beads. You storage the bracelet in the box we provided, to keep the beads from scratching. Check care & maintenance for all information on this.

Are the Tokah bracelets unisex?

The bracelets are designed with woman in mind, but also men wear them (especially bracelets from our Royal or Imperial Line).

You use different kind of gemstones. What is there meaning?

Gemstones have played various roles in the myths and legends of human cultures throughout history. Some tell a story or are believed to have special powers. Whether you are open for these thoughts, that is up to you, but all our stones share a common beauty. If you are interested, google ‘’meaning gemstones’’ and you find more information.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship to every country in the world?

We ship to almost every country. On the check-out page there is a drop-down menu which shows you the shipping country. If your country cannot be found in that dropdown menu, you can contact us at service@tokahworld.com and we will try to find a solution.

Please note that the price for the different products is displayed on our website. This price includes taxes. So, if you order from outside the EU, you will pay the price excluding taxes, and the local taxes and/or import duties may be due upon delivery.

In addition to this, when you order from a country outside of Europe, you will be asked to pay in EUR during check-out. Your bank will deduct the price from your account in local currency, in accordance with the current exchange rates.

Can I choose another shipping provider?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this choice at this moment. We work with international shipping provider PostNL, who has a proven track record.

Can I adjust my order after I have placed it?

If you change your mind and you want to cancel your order, please do this as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary costs. You can cancel your order just by informing us at service@tokahworld.com.

In case you want to cancel your order, while the shipment of your order already left our warehouse, the costs and risks of the return shipping to Tokah will be your responsibility. More information you can find at Shipping & Returns.

I received my parcel, but the jewelry is missing or incomplete. What do I do?

Please notify Tokah as soon as possible (within 5 days after receiving the delivery). You can reach us at service@tokahworld.com. You have to wait for further instructions from our side. Please keep any damaged product so that we can inspect it at a later date. Tokah services gives you all the information.

The tracking states that my parcel has been delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. What to do?

Please notify Tokah as soon as possible (within 5 days after receiving the delivery). You can reach us at service@tokahworld.com. You have to wait for further instructions from our side. We will start the complaint procedure of the carrier and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited, before any refund or re-shipment shall take place.

What size has the package?

The jewelry is sent in a cardboard box 160x130x70 mm.

How can I pay for an order?

You can pay with all major credit cards, PayPal, iDeal or TOKAH Gift Card.

How long does a delivery take?

North & West Europe             2-4       business days
South / East Europe               4-7        business days
World                                         5-8       business days

Please keep in mind that these times are just an indication and depends on country and location shipped to and the procedure at customs.

Returns

Can I return my jewelry?

We customize the jewelry especially for you. It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Tokah bracelet. If you’re not and you want to change your mind, you can return your product within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. You are responsible for all expenses concerning the return.

Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied and that is why we do offer a return period. More information can be found at Shipping & Returns.

Is my payment secured?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure Tokah uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
