Shipping information

Tokah offers free shipment on all purchases. It takes 2-3 business days to create your customized bracelet, then it is ready for shipping. The delivery time takes up 1 to 7 business days, depending on country and location. We use only priority shipping.

The place of delivery is the address given by you. Make sure that your data is accurate and the address exists. We cannot ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.

We only work with international shipping provider who has a proven track record. We have confidence in them, but shipping is also a people’s business. Shipping mistakes are rare, but they happen and that is beyond our control.

Ordering outside the EU

For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. The price of our products includes taxes. If you order from outside the EU, you will pay the price excluding taxes, and the local taxes and/or import duties may be due upon delivery. Since these fees are different for different countries, we do not include those duties in our prices. You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We are obliged, by law, to disclose the content and value of the package to the customs. We cannot alter this value.

If an order is refused, you are responsible for all costs regarding this refusal, such as shipping costs or additional duties. If this might happen, please contact us at service@tokahworld.com, so we can help you.

Returns

Returns

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Tokah bracelet. If you’re not and you want to change your mind, you can return your product within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. You are responsible for all expenses concerning the return.

Please note that, because we sell custom made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However we want you to be 100% satisfied and that is why we do offer a 30 day return period.

For a refund, we accept only bracelets with the original Tokah-tag attached, as shown in the picture. The bracelet must be returned in the original undamaged storage box and there must be no sign of usage.

There is a restocking fee of €25 per order. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

You are responsible for all costs and shipping risk concerning the return.

Return orders outside the EU: you are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees).
